2. Credit System

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

• Each credit allows you to generate one UPI QR code
• Credits are purchased through our pricing plans
• Credits are valid for the duration specified in your purchased plan (30 days or more)
• Unused credits expire at the end of your plan duration
• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
• No refunds are provided for purchased credits under any circumstances

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily generate UPI QR codes through our platform for personal or business use, subject to the following restrictions:

• The QR codes must be used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• QR codes can only be generated using valid credits in your account
• You may not create QR codes for fraudulent or malicious purposes
• Generated QR codes must comply with UPI guidelines and regulations

4. Payment and Billing

By purchasing credits, you agree to the following terms:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• Credits are activated immediately upon successful payment
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and payment information

5. Disclaimer

The materials on QrPayKaro's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. QrPayKaro makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall QrPayKaro or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on QrPayKaro's website, even if QrPayKaro or a QrPayKaro authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

8. Changes to Terms

QrPayKaro reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
